Kiowa District Healthcare is pleased to offer FREE

sports physicals to students on the following dates:

July 14th

July 21st

July 28th

July 30th

From 8am-4:30pm

2021-2022 school year

If you need to schedule a physical for a different time at the

Kiowa District Healthcare Clinic, standard fees will apply. Please

call the clinic at 620-825-4121 to schedule an appointment time.
